CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All services and packages are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. You have 48 hours to contact management to receive a corrective service. Corrective services will not be allowed 14 days past the initial service date.
Products (retail products):
We only offer refunds or store credit if the items are damaged or defective. The products must be unopened or in original packaging. You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 30 days of initial purchase.
All packages are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to exchange the purchased service(s) for spa credit to be used towards a different service or new package. Packages expire 1 year from the initial purchase and can no longer be redeemed nor exchanged for store credit past the 1-year mark.
Appointment cancellation policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
